Enterprise Committee
The Enterprise Subcommittee focuses on assisting large corporations in their journey towards becoming Web3 ready by enabling a forum for large companies to share common interests and concerns about Web3 adoption and regulation. The Subcommittee achieves this by providing education, curriculum development and delivery, as well as facilitating knowledge exchange through a cross-sector community.
The primary functions of the Enterprise Subcommittee include:
Creating a working group at the level of chief strategy officers, chief innovation officers, and chief digital officers. This group discusses key use case applications, such as loyalty programs and payments, that are relevant to larger businesses in adopting Web3 technologies in Hong Kong. The group also acts as a channel to communicate the concerns and issues faced by these businesses to policy makers.
Conducting training programs for corporate functions on various aspects of Web3 technology, including custody and wallet technology, risk management, tax implications, legal and compliance frameworks, and more. This training helps corporate professionals gain a deeper understanding of Web3 and equips them with the necessary knowledge to navigate its complexities.
Providing a forum where Web3 technology and infrastructure providers can showcase their latest offerings to corporate members of W3H. This enables businesses to stay updated with the latest advancements in Web3 and explore potential partnerships or collaborations.
